Human Resource Manager 1 Job Responsibilities Include:
Works closely with on-site managers to ensure compliance with Sodexo human resource policy and procedures and other human resource needs.
Execution of all Sodexo required HR reporting.
Maintains frontline employee files.
Oversees Family Medical Leave Act, Workers Compensation and Leave of Absence tracking.
Oversees payroll, vacation and sick leave tracking for frontline employees, approximately 50 hourly employees.
Attends to unemployment hearings any other legal matters for the unit.
Interacts frequently with the client Human Resource team.
Responsible for all frontline recruitment including job posting and interviewing.
Responsible for onboarding of frontline staff.
Works to build strong client relationship.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
detailed oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and
excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
