Are you a competent and experienced Imaging Service Engineer looking for your next step with a progressive health-care team in the Stamford, CT Area? Sodexo Clinical Technology Management seeks an Imaging Service Technician II.
Candidate must possess a high level of technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to make high level decision regarding repairs and service of customer equipment. Also required is excellent customer service, the ability to effectively manage time and communicate with customers regarding services performed. Must have excellent written and verbal communication ability to serve internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues. Role will focus on servicing general biomedical and General Rad, Mammo, Nuclear Med and Ultrasound.

Working in Clinical Technology Management (CTM) for Sodexo, you will partner with our Health-care clients to manage their clinical technology needs. Together, we provide leadership and expertise for their business, patients, residents and the staff who care for them.

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate a broad range of basic diagnostic imaging and/or therapeutic radiation equipment, devices, system, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development.
-Inspect, maintain, repair and calibrate equipment and systems
-Ensures regulatory compliance
-Provides advanced support of equipment for direct patient care
-Interacts on a routine basis with clinical health providers in the identification of technology based problems and solutions
-Solves organization-level customer service issues and complaints
-Preparing required documentation and reports

-Develops staff by teaching and mentoring others
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training
