Sodexo Operations LLC General Manager 3 - Food in RIVERSIDE, California
Sodexo is seeking an innovative Food General Manager 3 for University Conference Center and Senior Nutrition Program located in RIVERSIDE, CA.

This GM will be responsible for two accounts operated out of one location: The University Conference Center with food retail concepts (managing over $300k off-site and in-house Catering for key University functions) and full operation of Senior Nutrition Meals for Riverside Office on Aging. Liaison with two clients and multiple site coordinators.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Previous success managing in a Campus Dining account or large Business Dining program.
Hands-on management approach, comfortable communication style and strong team building skills as the successful candidate will interact with students, staff, faculty, client, and hourly employees.
Successful experience partnering with a client in involvement / commitment to the campus and surrounding community.
Proven Leadership, Computer Skills, and Food/Beverage Cost controls are key skills that must be mastered to be successful as a GM with Sodexo.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to work successfully with diverse clients, students and employees at multiple venues.
Culinary background and understanding and strong catering experience.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
