Sodexo Operations LLC Director, Clinical Nutrition in PHOENIX, Arizona
Sodexo is seeking a Director Clinical Nutrition Services to come lead their dynamic Clinical Nutrition team at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. This 433 bed children’s hospital providescare across more than 70 pediatric subspecialties. This Director will lead the Clinical Nutrition program, including inpatient and outpatient services. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of new programs through Phoenix Children’s Hospitals planned expansion.

Reporting to the Sodexo District Manager and the client Vice President Professional Practice, the selected candidate will:
Be a Registered Dietitian and have a Master’s Degree.
Have management experience of a large clinical team in a Medical Center environment.
Serve in a clinical and operational leadership role on Food and Nutrition Services Senior Leadership team.
Supervise the team of 30 Client Registered Dietitians, a Clinical Nutrition Manager with dotted line responsibility of the Formula Room.
Monitor and evaluate nutrition care services; accreditation and regulatory readiness and review; and establishing and maintaining standards of care.
Maintain a highly visible role, interact with clients, and represent the department on hospital-wide medical staff, nursing and interdisciplinary committees.
Work as part of the clinical team and play an integral role with a mission to exceed client satisfaction through the application of Sodexo programs.
Lead and drive Performance Improvement, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Management projects.
Have strong Leadership, time management, communication and employee engagement skills.

Provides direction, development, business strategy, and deployment of innovative nutrition and wellness programs. Provides direct operational support in alignment with Senior Manager, Area Support (Clinical.) Serves as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to standards and practices for nutrition and customer services for strategic business.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’sDegree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience – 5 years in clinical nutrition, + registered dietitian.
