Unit Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 6 to join our team at our High profile account Toyota HQ in Plano TX! The current food landscape at Toyota includes: 2 cafes, 3 micro-markets, 5 Starbucks, Juice Bar, Office Coffee Service, a Sit-down Restaurant open for lunch only and Catering Operations with a total MV of 14 million.

The General Manager 6 must have extensive VIP catering and large event experience. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and strong client relationship skills . The General Manager 6 is leading a team of 4 General Managers, 3 Chefs and 3 other salaried Full time employees. In addition the General Manager will have a total of 105 indirect hourly employees. Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Currently in a leadership capacity with experience in large volume food operations background

  • Experience in managing and developing teams

  • Strong financial background. Experience with P&Ls / Fee managing a budget, growing sales and margins

  • Excellent client relationship skills

  • Polished leadership skills to lead a large progressive team of food managers

  • Multi-unit food operations background

  • Catering experience

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to an account, may have multiple clients and/or satellite locations.

Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.

Basic Education Requirement -Bachelor’sDegree
