Sodexo Government Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to lead our culinary operations at Minot Air Force Base.
Our Air Force business continues to grow and we are looking for a motivated individual to lead our culinary team . This position will oversee a staff of 25 airmen as well as 10 Sodexo culinary staff. Training and development of the staff is job one for this position. Client satisfaction, cost controls and food and physical safety are also key skills needed for this position. Financial Responsibility (food and labor cost)
Managing the daily food production
Hands on cooking
Ensuring Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
Inventory & Food Waste Management
Coaching, training and development the culinary team
Prefer Certified Chef candidates but open to those with experience!

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
