The ideal candidate will have culinary experience in a healthcare or Sr. Living facility, understands the dietary concerns of our residents while creatively providing an outstanding meal, and then have direct contact with the residents and leadership to ensure meal satisfaction, then this is the perfect position for you.

You should also be proficient in kitchen management to include; ordering and inventory, safety and sanitation, menu creation and recipe compliance, employee training and engagement, and familiarity with regulatory compliance. A solid understanding of cost savings and budget spending is imperitive.

Position Summary

Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
