Sodexo Operations LLC Retail Manager 2 in LAS VEGAS, Nevada
Sodexo, quality of life services is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee both a Starbucks operation and a Freshens Smoothie location within the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center/Sunrise Children's Hospital Campus in Las Vegas, Nevada. Both operations employ 4-6 front line employees and serve the hospital employees and hospital family populations.
The best qualified candidates will have:
Strong retail food service experience in a restaurant or healthcare food service setting
Cash handling experience
Experience with catering
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage and develop a team of 10 front-line staff
