Sodexo has an exciting new opening for a Senior Manager, Human Resources for a large Potential Sale school account in Florida .
The candidate must be able to demonstrate prior successful experience in the key components of the job purpose. Previous experience in food service operations would be helpful.
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful transition of employees across complex multi-site client organizations
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Excellent delivery management skills
Ability to coach line managers to deliver business plans and drive performance and capability improvement within their teams
Generalist HR knowledge with experience working with: talent development and organization design, reward, employee engagement, and mobilization support
Understand the HR function and all processes and policies / its capability to support business objectives
The best qualified candidates will have a broad understanding of company HR programs and policies as well as a working knowledge of all aspects of Federal and State employment regulations as they pertain to Human Resources. The selected individual must be able to manage multiple projects while performing the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the position. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential. Candidate should have a demonstrated level of proficiency in spreadsheets and Microsoft Office using a variety of PC applications. This position demands that candidates be results and people-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, while demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness. The ability to exercise independent judgment is critical.

Under the general direction of a Human Resources Director (HRD) or senior operations position, manages Human Resources (HR) issues for a specific segment of the business. In a Division, this may be a geographic territory, often aligned with a Vice President, Operations. Coaches and counsels management in all areas of HR. Contributes to the design, implementation and management of HR programs. Works to ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and local, state, and federal requirements. Participates in the management of various aspects of HR administration including payroll, benefits, records retention, EEO/AA compliance, compensation, and employee relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of HR experience
