Sodexo Corporate Services North America is seeking experienced Food Service General Manager 2 for a premier, client AT& T in Irving, Texas.
The General Manager’s , main responsibilities are the daily operation of a full-service café serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering. The candidate must have food and labor cost control experience, exceptional customer service, and leadership skills.
This account is the main hub for training of all AT&T associates. Strong client communication and relationship is needed. It is a fully subsidized unit. The client places a high value on customer and employee satisfaction and engagement. Reporting to the District Manager, the General Manager will have oversight of one salaried executive chef and 21union employees. Position is responsible for directing all contract management service operations and client relations.
Have financial responsibility of accounts
Build and maintain successful relationships with client
Attend regular meetings
Have oversight of daily operations
Deliver high-quality food service
Maintain and lead a high-end catering department with extremely high-level clients
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
Provide Innovation in all aspects of the program
Ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
