Sodexo Operations LLC Operations Manager 2, Multi-Service in GREENSBORO, North Carolina
Sodexo is seeking a Multi Services Ops 2 for Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital located in Greensboro, NC.
Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, a 541 bed acute care hospital is part of the Cone Health System. Cone Health is comprised of 3 acute care hospitals, a Cancer Center, a Behavioral Health Hospital and the Women’s Hospital. The Operations Manager role will intially focus on our Patient Services Operations with the ability to learn additional lines of business.
We are looking for candidates who will:
have oversight of day-to-day operations;
deliver high quality food service;
achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
develop strategic plans;
create a positive environment; and
ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
The ideal candidate:
has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
Previous experience driving Patient Satisfaction, improving Press Ganey Scores and implementing SOPs to enhance the Patient Experience.

Provides supervision of two or more core services at a client site to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
