Sodexo Inc. Maximo Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence Team Member in GAITHERSBURG, Maryland
Sodexo is currently searching for a Maximo Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence Team Member to join Sodexo Facilities Management. This will be a virtual position with some travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality and Operational Excellence. This role will conduct Quality Reviews on client’s usage of Maximo to support Regional Governance, Quality initiatives, and Operational improvement strategy. Strong Background in data management, Lean or Six Sigma process and functional experience.
In this role you will:
Provide expertise in the support of generating Service Operations business processes to support segment leadership and site teams by optimizing workflow to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, labor management and materials tracking and cost capture.
Support segment leadership by increasing quality of services and customer experience to continuously improve client partnerships
provide regularly scheduled auditing of system operations for reporting negative trending and to supply tools and resources that promote continuous improvement.
Support Operations team in bolstering client relationships through custom configuration of Maximo and FM Information Systems in alignment and in support of the Asset Management Framework.
Driving the implementation of Maximo CMMS and other FM Information Systems that gain efficiencies and productivity as relates to asset management and FM strategy.
Address end user problems that appear to arise from use of the data networks by scheduling and providing appropriate level of support required to resolve the problem.
Retrieve, analyze data, and develop reports from Computerized Maintenance Management Services
What does it take to be our next Maximo Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence Team Member?
Basic Education Requirement- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Quality, IT, or similar field
Functional Experience- 3 years
Development and application of data management systems – 5 years
Project management – 3 years
CMMS Experience - 3 years
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Advanced Excel Skills required
Operational Experience (preferred not required) – 3 years
Ability to travel up to 20%
Responsible for the development, implementation, and sustainability of the Quality Assurance program for FM Service Operations Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) System and other FM Information Systems. Supports segment leadership and on-site teams through system auditing to ensure the delivery of operational excellence. Provides deployment support of CMMS and other FM Information systems supporting Asset Management Framework and Maintenance Management Systems by analyzing client strategy.
