Unit Description

Sodexo is currently seeking a Deployment Manager for ourMaximo Technical Competency Center within Sodexo Global IS&T. This group is responsible for global deployment of FM applications including Maximo and Dynamics 365 including Mobile applications. Applications are deployed across all regions of Sodexo in 80 countries. This role is based in Cheektowaga, NY. Relocation is available!

In this role you will:

  • Manage on-going contract enablement of applications for overall IFM and Maximo platform – include timely process for site mobilization into the target systems and communications

  • New contract Requirements – working with regional and global business leaders and teams to validate requirements and ensure proper and clearly understood handover into the SDLC

  • Global responsibility for IS&T quality of data related to site operation and effectiveness – responsible IS&T data Audit/Data Quality and feedbacks

  • Responsible Data Deployment tools and efficienciesManaging a team of 3+ people in order to achieve the department goals

  • To operate as an integral part of overall IFM function to support functional design, project delivery and business releases to enhance product capability and performance

  • Ensure application tools to support the process maximize efficiencies and visibility of progress on deployments of IFM applications to all stakeholders.

  • Global role coordinating with all Global and regional teams involved in IFM and Maximo deployments

  • To liaise, support and validate potentially complex requirements from Service Operations and mobilization teams

  • Directing activities to streamline the overall deployment process includes working with and influencing leaders in other structures to action changes which may require changes in process or alternative application tools

  • Manage on-going contract enablement of applications for overall IFM and Maximo platform – include timely process for site mobilization into the target systems and communications

  • Defines Process and Tools to support and efficiencies of deployment of applications

Our ideal candidate:

  • 5 years experience working in Facilities Management and operations industry

  • 5 years experience of EAM applications, specifically Maximo or D365 preferred

  • Proven track record working with disparate teams to co-ordinate and influence results

  • Experience in the deployment of FM applications to contracts

  • Experience implementing a quality audit for operational health in Facilities Management

  • Ability to innovate and bring efficiencies to process and tools to improve Sodexo operations

Position Summary

Directs the activities of one or more technical groups within IS&T. Responsible for the strategic direction of the department, including change management processes. Functions include the management of enterprise system monitoring, job scheduling, testing, quality control and system administration. Develops and reports on quality processes. May be responsible for managing software licenses. Also responsible for budget administration, personnel evaluations and the hiring of qualified personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure
