SodexoMagic is seeking a High Performing Resident District Manager with our Toyota partner located in Plano, TX (Dallas)a premier Top SodexoMagic account.

The position is a highly functioning role working within the clients North American Headquarters and places a high value on customer and employee engagement. The Resident District Manager will have direct management responsibility for 4 management positions and a staff of 100 FTE's.


This operation offers Breakfast, Lunch in multiple cafes, Catering, Executive dining, Office Coffee Services and numerous Micro Markets destinations. Total of 12 retail locations.

The ideal candidate will need to be focused on high quality food offerings, consistent retail standards, food and physical safety standards while managing within a Lean Six Sigma client environment. Being detailed oriented, well organized with proven communication skills (written and oral) and possessing strong planning skills are critical to the success of the position. The ideal candidate will be a change leader.

Position Summary

Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
