Sodexo is seeking a Retail Brand Operations Manager of Starbucks and Red Mango for Children's Hospital of Boston, a Pediatric Specialty Hospital located in the heart of the Boston Massachusetts medical district. Easy access to public transportation and parking is available on-site. Managed Volume for Starbucks and Red Mango combined is $2M. Candidate is expected to have strong operational skills to support our highly visible and visited brands, have an eye for attention to detail, be energetic and driven for this fast paced environment. Daily responsibilities include:
Overseeing day to day operations at Starbucks and Red Mango while managing a team of 15 direct reports
Directs daily operations to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures brand standards and regulatory requirements are met
Implements and fully utilizes all brand required tools and programs

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly and supervisory food service workers, as well as other managers.
-Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
-Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
-Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
-Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
-Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
-Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
