Student Graphic Design Intern with Lehigh University Dining

The Student Marketing Intern will supports the on-site campus dining team in the process of developing and implementing dining promotions to inform and inspire guests. This job is reserved for Lehigh University students.


  • Good academic standing

  • Demonstrated communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software including Photoshop. Other design software knowledge a plus.

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, and possess a professional, mature demeanor.

  • Innovative styles encouraged

  • Daily Tasks:*

Design marketing collateral customized to Lehigh University Dining promotions which could include digital screens, posters, flyers, and advertising saved in jpeg or pdf format.

Digital Screens – Assist with design advertisements for digitals menu boards on campus.

Take photos and post on social media. Track social media traction and share quantifiable data with dining team.

Post Announcements for all current and upcoming promotions on campus dining calendar.

Maintain Promotions: Check advertising and merchandising for all open promotions in units. Alert the manager when we are low on ballots or any other items related to the promotion. Assist in maintaining and updating monthly promotions.

Alert the website contact of any changes related to promotions, dates, times and events. This is a vital part of effectively communicating to the campus community. Surf our site to make sure there are not events or promotions listed that are out of date.

Post flyers and marketing collateral around campus to promote current events.

Research all potential advertising outlets on campus.

Share opportunities for dining services to partner and build a positive campus community. Assist with all other projects assigned by Marketing Manager.
