Sodexo Inc. Senior Analyst, Learning & Talent in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Analyst, Learning & Talent position within Learning and Performance. The preferred candidate will be able to work from the Gaithersburg, Allentown, or Buffalo offices or home office in a EST or CST time zone.

The Senior Analyst, Learning & Talent is responsible for:

  • Preparing statistical summaries and reports focusing on learning, performance and talent information.

  • Providing data and analysis to support company-wide learning, performance, and talent projects, governance and initiatives.

  • Creating and managing surveys and evaluations for company-wide learning initiatives.

  • Designing and generating ad-hoc reports in support of Human Resources and Learning & Performance team.

  • Processing/reviewing and analyzing employee information (such as Learning, Performance, and succession), financial data, engagement data, and other related information that measures the outcomes of a learning or performance intervention/program.

  • Providing assistance and support for design and development of Talent Development Reporting Practices.

  • Partners with HRIS, EDW, and finance to ensure data integrity. Technical Duties & Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Create reports and dashboards for efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcome reporting to address all levels of audience and governance needs.

  • Creates approaches, reports and recommendations to ensure optimal measurement of program and intervention outcomes.

  • Ensuring business measures are connected to learning programs and interventions.

  • Utilizes existing measurement strategies (including TDRp).

  • Interprets metrics and evaluations for learning and performance organization to help drive market strategy and enterprise wide strategy in relation to Talent Development.

  • Partners with learning and performance organization, HRIS, Finance, EDW, and IT.

  • Provides market and organization a clear understanding of talent metrics to help plan for the future based on analytics, provides advice for necessary talent strategies to drive business objectives, identify future talent needs, and develop approaches to attract, create and retain talent.

  • Advising Performance Consultants on methods for information gathering and requesting metrics.

  • Uses metrics and provides analytic focus for data driven decisions that create a proactive consultative approach.

  • Executes Sodexo’s learning development strategy.

  • Ensures alignment with Sodexo’s business model, operations, and financial goals.The preferred candidate will have the following background/skillset:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • 2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical reporting, and database management or a related field.

  • Strong business and financial acumen and understanding how to measure the impact of human performance interventions on overall corporate performance.

  • Ability to interpret human performance metrics

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years in data analysis, statistical reporting, and database management, or a related field.
