Sodexo Inc. CLM Manager in ALL US LOCATIONS, Maryland
Sodexo is seeking a Manager, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)
– Corporate Services, North America.
This is a virtual leadership role. Candidates can be based in any
US location within proximity to a major airport.
Travel may be required for success in this role up to 50%
The Manager, Client Life Cycle Management (CLM) will drive retention and profitable growth for Sodexo's Facility Services Portfolio. Reporting to the VP, Client Life Cycle Management, the Manager will collaborate with Operations to elevate client partnerships while driving a client/consumer-centric growth mindset. The CLM Manager will also have project management oversight ensuring quality and execution of “One Plans” for each contract.
Track execution of relationship management and operations activities through accounts’ ‘One Plans’:
Ensure completion of Transition Meetings, Annual Expectation Meetings (AEMs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Ensure “One Plans” are rigorously followed and activities are continuously documented and updated
Ensure quality of relationship management activities:
- Conduct periodic reviews of quality of relationship management activities and outputs, the robustness of accounts’ WOIs, and “One Plans”
Counsel Operations on relationship management best practices:
Provide guidance on strategic objectives of relationship management activities (e.g., agenda and focus of a QBR)
Collaborate in strategic action planning sessions related to FERs / LMC reviews
Provide direct relationship management support during key contract milestones (e.g., AEMs and QBRs):
Develop agendas/materials and co-conduct meetings with Operations
Provide direct relationship management support to distressed accounts (e.g., when an account has low compliance with ‘One Plan’ requirements, a weak WOI, or displays signs of risk)
Conduct critical meetings (e.g., AEMs, QBRs)
Develop necessary action plans and ensure completion of identified actions

• Drive retention and enable sustainable/profitable growth by ensuring execution of ‘one plan’ for all contracts in assigned portfolio
• Collaborate and drive operations to elevate partnerships with clients, resulting in demonstrable value for both organizations
• Facilitate development of District Managers/Client Executives from a purely execution focused mind-set to a client/consumer-centric growth mindset
