Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Food Services Manager 1 for Tripoint and Lake West Hospitals. Position will office out of the Tripoint location, a 100 bed acute care facility (Lake West is 200 beds). Position will be responsible for employee scheduling and will oversee 30 plus employees. Position will be responsible for all aspects of food service including patient services, catering and retail. Will cover the retail areas (cafeteria) for the two hospitals as well as a third cafeteria located in a business office.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing multi-functional food service areas in a single unit. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
