Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 for Tripoint Hospital. Position will office out of the Tripoint location, a 100 bed acute care facility. Position will be responsible for employee scheduling and will oversee 50 plus employees. Position will be responsible for all aspects of food service including patient services, catering and retail. Will cover the retail areas (cafeteria) for Tripoint hospital as well as a second cafeteria located in a business office. May float to Lake West as well if needed.

Position Summary

Assumes General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence in complex multi-functional accounts. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Responsible for financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
