Tri-Tech Skills Center is a vocational school that teaches high school aged students (typically 16 - 18 years old) to prepare them for a job using a vocational skill. Approximately 500 students are enrolled in morning and afternoon sessions in many vocational areas including culinary arts. The culinary instructor would also supervise a catering operation that generates revenue for the skill center to cover costs of additional catering and classroom equipment.
