9) Correctly and efficiently set up and breakdown the café to prepare for service before the meal and clean the dining room after the meal (wiping tables, setting up service stations, cleaning café equipment, and otherwise, ensuring the acceptable appearance of the dining area.

10) This position will be responsible for creating and posting the daily café signage.

11) Responsibilities will include stocking and ordering of supplies.

UTMB's patient care operations incudes the 300 bed John Sealy Hospital, 100 bed TDCJ hospital, and more than 80 campus and community-based clinics.

This position is currently scheduled as THIRD SHIFT and will be responsible for in-patient and clinic operations on 3rd shift covering Emergency department, Patient Towers, and Operating Room. Seeking bi-lingual candidates; the ability to communicate in Spanish will assist in managing this workforce.

The ideal candidate for this position will have leadership experience, including supervision of direct reports in an Environmental Services position in a health care/hospital setting. Experience with in-patient services and Press Ganey and HCAPS is a plus. Candidates with strong experience with Sodexo systems such as Sodexo Shine, TRAKKAR, Labor Management are strongly preferred.
Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
