Sodexo is seeeking a highly skilled food service professional to assist in new unit openings as well as programmatic roll-outs of existing units. Must posses the ability to influence without authority and able to travel throughout the south east, Florida, South Carolina and Georgia. Preferred location is Florida but must reside near a major airport. If you have the skills to lead diverse teams in high volume environments across multiple service lines to include retail, patients and high end catering than this position could be for you.
Responsibilities for this management role will include client interaction, food forward presentation skills, staff management, food & labor costing, scheduling, safety/sanitation & employee training. This position will also have direct customer and client interaction.
This is a full time temporary position that can last up to one year and will initially be assigned at HCA Capital Regional Medical Center. At any time after onboarding, the successful candidate is able to apply for internal positions within Health Care. Continued employment is contingent upon a successful track record while in this temporary position and a successful interview for a permanent role.

Assumes General Manager’s (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence in complex multi-functional accounts. Has direct client contact on day-to-day issues. Develops and Implements plans under the direction of a GM 5 or higher. Manages through managers. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Responsible for financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
