Sous Chef opportunity in Corporate Services in Syracuse, NY. Sodexo is responsible for the corporate cafe (serving breakfast and lunch) and all catering for our client, AXA Financial. The Sous Chef will manage 3 employees at this location and should have leadership skills. The Sous Chef should be able to create menus using seasonal foods. Other responsibilities include ordering, inventory, and managing costs. The Sous Chef will be responsible for all safety and sanitation training and compliance. Customer service is HUGE at this account. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and client relations skills!!!

Position Summary

Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
