Sodexo Operations LLC Food Operations Manager 2 in SENECA, South Carolina
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 2 to provide oversight to our food and nutrition department at Lila Doyle Nursing Care , a 120-bed long term care facility and hospice home located in Seneca , SC . The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day oversight of patient food service and catering , and the operational effectiveness within each area . The selected candidate will also have financial responsibilities.
Responsible for identifying process improvement initiatives and overseeing the implementation.
Ensures that employees demonstrate an active customer hospitality orientation toward both clients and customers.
Integrate fully within our client’s organization by becoming a trusted adviser with a customer service focus.
Responsible for driving patient satisfaction results by regularly analyzes patient satisfaction data and implements a plan of action in these areas to achieve optimal unit performance.
Ensures compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.
Must meet (or exceed) Sodexo standards of operations.
Creates a positive environment and successfully motivates and manages team.

Provides leadership and supervision for the on-site food service exempt and non-exempt level staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client. Provides supervision for food services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
