Sodexo is seeking a District Manager to oversee Corporate Service food service accounts inNorthern California. The position is located inthe Bay Areaand reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations. Ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication skills, and project management skills. You should have strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful P&L and Fee account management. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the properties through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development. Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload. Some overnight travel.#LI
Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
