Senior Clerical Administrative Assistant.

This position will be responsible for providing complex administrative support functions ensuring efficient office operations.

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide assistance to internal and external customers and department by performing various complex administrative support functions, including but not limited to, analytical and specialized administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Processing orders is a priority. Receives and processes all orders in a timely manner utilizing the proper procedure.

  • Screens incoming calls, respond to and route inquiries to appropriate personnel as necessary.

  • Receives and directs office visitors and guests arriving at the facility.

  • Additional duties include but are not limited to filing, data entry, and word processing and faxing.

  • May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned by the Office Manager.

  • Will be required to work Saturdays and have floating holidays in lieu of exact holiday days off.

Candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in related computer applications, excellent written and oral communication, initiative and organizational skills. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and ability to perform as a team player

Position Summary

Performs more complex clerical functions in support of a department. Work assignments may be unstructured and vary in nature. Individual determines best process or work methods to complete assignments. Has knowledge of department procedures, guidelines and can work independently within this structure. Examples of work include routine word processing, data entry, and/or compiling basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.
