Unit Description

Sodexo , North America's leading provider of contract management services is seeking a ROSI Environmental Services (Housekeeping) Operations Manager 3 - this a temporary position assignment duration can be up-to 12 months. The scope of this position will support the ongoing training of TRAKKAR for multiple Sodexo accounts located in the Northern California Metro Area. Relocation is not offered at this time. This position will work varied shifts to support training schedules, but requires the flexibility to cover other time frames/shifts as needed some holidays and weekends may be required.

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of Environmental Services operations in the Health-care / Hospital industry as an EVS Manager, Sodexo programs and systems ( TRAKKAR , UOS, Gold Checks, etc) as well as customer and employee relationship skills. Strong project management, analytical, communications and computer (Excel, Word and Power-Point) skills are needed for this role in conjunction with a comprehensive understanding of Sodexo’s corporate and CARES cultures.

  • Training & development of Housekeeping programs

Position Summary

Provides supervision for custodial services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
