Unit Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 2 to join our team at Intuit in Reno Nevada. Intuit is part of a regional/national contract, the food operation at this location consist of cafe, coffee shop and catering operations with a total managed volume of 600K. The Intuit location has a building population of 400.

The General Manager 2 will have direct client, key associate and executive level communication, and oversee, lead and develop a staff of 7. Other responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operation, overseeing marketing initiatives, and financial reporting. Additionally, the General Manager 2 will have a heavy presence in driving catering revenue and growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, extensive knowledge of labor management system, inventory control management, solid understanding of HACCP procedures and profound understanding of unit financial management, and food production knowledge.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
