Ideal candidate should have experience in marketing food service programs, operational experience in a College setting is helpful. This role will develop web sites, and utilize Social Media to promote programs to students and Campus community. TheMarketing Specialist works closely with allGMs developing Dining Reports, Strategic Business plans, Voluntary Meal plan sales and other revenue generating programs. Units range in volume from $350K to $12M. Travel to units on a daily basis, visiting each unit at least twice a month. Position Summary: Assists with planning, coordinating rollouts and training of national marketing programs to support unit operations and new sales. Assists units and new accounts with marketing initiatives such as surveys, merchandising, national programs, and pricing. Qualifications & Requirements: Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in project management or related experience Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
