Sodexois seeking anExecutive Chef 2forUnity Health Center,a 120 bed acute care facility,located inShawnee, OK. This position will oversee two locations (North and South campus) with approximately 33 staff, all aspects of production and will be responsible for monitoring of Safety, Sanitation and HACCP. Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with AYR (At Your Request) are a plus.

Position Summary:
Designs, supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel in a medium to large account. This position is recognized as the technical expert, teacher and trainer for other chefs and cooks within the account. Selects and develops recipes and other items for clients. Develops menu, implements and trains HACCP, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls, interviews and hires new chefs, manages/controls food cost issues and offer solutions, may train other chefs outside account. May cook selected items, and plan or price menus. Typically has chefs and cooks reporting to this position.
Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

7. Responsible for the productivity, results and code compliance of all work performed by subordinates.

8. Responsible for evaluating, counseling, disciplinary and training of subordinates.

9. Performs the following functions in the District's computerized SAP system to enter purchase and warehouse requests, daily time entries, evaluation and allocation of of work requests to appropriate work center, converts applicable work requests to work orders and closes out work orders in a timely manner.

10. Communicates effectively with all OKCPS personnel, students and visitors.

11.
