Sodexo’s Health Care Division is hiring an Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Manager 2 to provide management support to health care accounts located throughout the New England region . This is a Regional Operations Support (ROS) position that will provide support and will be based upon the current needs of the business. The position will be based out of Milton, MA, but the successful candidate MUST be willing to travel anywhere in the Region (Boston, MA, Concord, NH, Warwick, RI, etc.) Sodexo will reimburse all travel expenses.
This Operations Manager will have the opportunity to build relationships with Directors at various facilities. This Operations Manager will lead and coach hourly employees and supervisors and will provide support to Sodexo paid EVS Managers. This position will be involved in quality assurance, training, project work and all aspects of customer and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have prior ES/Custodial Management experience in a health care/hospital environment OR in the Hospitality industry. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and technical skills are necessary. Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Seeking candidates that can work multiple shifts as needed including weekends and holidays .
The position time-line is up to 1 year for internals and externals, however, it could lead to a permanent position at any time.

Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
