Unit Description

Convenience Solutions by Sodexo is in search of a Micro Market & Vending Manager to manage a multi-site Micro Market account for a premier client in NJ. This manager will be responsible for supporting daily operations and providing strategic leadership for8 Micro Market locations in the Burlington County NJ area ranging from small sites to large sites with attended service offerings. Reporting to the Account Mgr, you will have financial responsibility for this multi-site account.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal, & written communication skills

  • Ability to lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team, focusing on the areas of implementing standards, accountability, innovation, business development, employee engagement, financial acumen & contract retention

  • Proven history of developing and implementing SOPs to drive CSAT and profitability in food operations

  • Experience & ability to understand complex management platforms to manage Vending, microMarkets and financial reporting/ analytics

  • Strong negotiating skills,Strategic leadership with ability to build consensus and inspire others

Position Summary

Ensures vending sales productivity is maximized through effective merchandising and efficient servicing of existing vending account(s). Manages the day-to-day activities required to provide vending service through frequent customer service visits. This is a fast paced position that requires immediate solutions to problems. Reports to GM.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in the service industry
