Maintains inventory storeroom and stocks coolers. Assists Facilities staff to bus rooms and helps wash dishes at breaks or after events. Typical schedule is Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday, with some weekend hours based on client bookings. Occasional split shifts for evening food service. The number of days each week, and the daily hours are driven by event bookings. Core hours are 6:30 am to 1:30 pm. Schedule is prepared 10 days weeks in advance and is confirmed Thursday for the upcoming Monday week cycle.
