Unit Description

General Manager 2 opportunity available within Corporate Services in Miami, FL. The General Manager will oversee our corporate cafe and catering for the Federal Reserve Bank of Miami, a very high profile account. Catering events will range from boxed lunches to high end executive events. A strong catering background is preferred. The General Manager will manage a team of 8 employees, including all hiring, training, payroll, and scheduling. This is a very hands-on position, and the General Manager will jump in to assist with food production, customer service, etc. as needed. Culinary experience will be a plus. This position will own the financials for the account. Strong financial acumen is key. The General Manager will interact with our customers and our client on a daily basis. Excellent customer service and client relations skills are a must!!!

Position Summary

Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
