This position is directly reporting to the Operations Manager and other management as needed. The Custodial Manager will lead a team of 30 employees.

The ideal candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Client engagement and patient satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.  This is a secondshift position and the Custodial Manager will be required to participate in a rotational "on call" schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.
