Job Description

Assembly, delivery, collection and disassembly of food trays to patients. 

Reads diet tickets orders for trays to determine items to place on tray assembly.

Appropriate food servings on plates and trays according to diet ticket. 

Washes dishes and cleans all work areas which include, trayline, warmers, refrigerators, tables, tray delivery carts 

Assist with collection of trash in designated containers. 

May assist with serving in retail cafe to patrons.

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic clinical team at Harris County Hospital District, a county health system which treats primarily the indigent population and is a teaching facility. Primary role will be to conduct nutrition assessments and provide diet education to dialysis patients in a health care setting. Position Summary:
Provides comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

This position will be responsible for a staff of 15 and oversee all aspects of production, a café that that produces over $20K a week in sales, plus a standalone Starbuck venue. On the patient side they service 130 to 170 meals per shift, off an EFY (Expressly For You) service style cooking line. They also produce a large volume of catering both on and off campus.
