Unit Description

Sodexo’s Healthcare Clinical Technology Management segment is looking for a National Client Executive, CTM who will be responsible for ensuring the successful startup and partnership with a national Imaging organization. This position will have several direct reports including Field Service Imaging Engineers who will be supporting this business. Some of the responsibilities of the NCE will include:

  • Cultivate and sustain a client/customer-centric operating culture that strives to exceed client goals, objectives, requirements and expectations.

  • Full financial performance and goals of the responsible region.

  • Manage OEM’s and supplier networks to build long-term relationships to support existing and future business ventures in your assigned region

  • Proactively determine client problems and concerns with agility and professionalism.

  • Supports strong execution and compliance for all regulatory standards.

  • Works in all matters relating to site operations.

  • Provides leadership, development and oversight to a diverse engineering team providing guidance as needed to ensure client/customer expectations are achieved.

The experience, knowledge, competencies and skills that the successful candidate will have include;

  • An experienced hands-on leader with direct medical imaging technology experience

  • An experienced leader who has managed field service operations in a medical imaging environment; ideally in a mobile environment

  • An experienced leader, who is mission-focused, growth oriented, committed to operational excellence, process-minded, and skilled in leading teams in a performance-driven culture

  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and prospects and establish long-term relationships necessary for account retention, future sales, and the best interest of the organization

  • A skilled communicator (written and verbal) who is poised when communicating difficult/challenging/unpopular messages to a variety of audiences (e.g., superiors, peers, subordinates, and clients)

  • A decisive individual who sets and meets schedules, and enforces accountability across the Region

  • A leader with unwavering ethics, integrity, and related personal attributes who will inspire team members to develop to their fullest potential

  • The ability to manipulate, interpret, analyze, and explain financial information. This includes understanding financial data and accurately interpreting financial statements and reports, and identifying the key factors affecting the financial performance of Facilities

  • The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable, alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative

This position would be ideally based in the Eastern U.S. region, preferably in the Northeast.

The position will require up to 80% travel throughout the U.S.; selected candidate must live near a major airport.

Position Summary

Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.
