Unit Description

Sodexo Senior Sgment has a opportunity due to growth to offer a District Manager 2 to manage and grow their Multiservice accounts in the states of CT and Mass. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts with greater than $30 million in managed volume. 5-10 years background in Support Services Management is desired. Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful P & L management are musts. Previous multi- site responsibility and sales exposure is required as well. This position serves as Sodexo’s primary outside the unit representative for multiple accounts in this designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geography through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development. The District Manager will provide strategic leadership while driving tactical initiatives to exceed patient and client expectations. Background and experience with Lean is preferred.

Position works with clients and RVP in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention.

Position Summary

Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
