All elements of Inventory, Ordering, Receiving, Inventory, Customer Service and Labor Management.

Work in Direct Report to the Retail Manager. 

Responsible for Cash Handling within the Unit and managing staff of up to 15. 

Ensure food quality and customer service. Must be familiar with all aspects of the Food Flow Process throughout the operation. 

Conduct Monthly Physical and Food Safety Training. 

Must complete Sodexo ServSafe certification within 6 months of hiring. (Company paid) 

Implement and Follow HACCP throughout unit. Implement customer service standards and LTO’s. 

This is a front of the house position with 90% line work and 10% office work. Must be able to stand for duration of entire shift. Must be able to lift 50lbs. 

Must be able to utilize the concept of prioritization to make decisions of staffing and time management.

Built Sales and maximize profits. Must achieve targeted food and labor costs.

Learn, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality of quest service and safety.

Must be able to work with a diverse workforce.

Exercise excellent business skills, judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management.

Prepares food and serves patrons at counters or tables; takes orders from customers and cooks foods requiring short preparation time according to customer requirements; prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short preparation time; follows basic recipes and/or product directions for Prepping, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and servicing soups meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items; and expected to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Time management is a must. Experience in cold food preparation, i.e. composed salads, is required.
