Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at Toyota manufacturing Plant located in Georgetown KY!

Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Kentucky is a dynamic growing account with a building population of 1400 people. The food landscape has 4 cafe locations and 2 micro-markets.

The Executive Chef 2 will be primarily focused on production systems throughout the campus, and training of front-line culinary associates. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the production system through Sodexo Menu Graphics, communicating and monitoring production in the facility by delegating to front-line employees, and monitoring and managing our HACPP program. This position will ensure proper production according to Sodexo recipes and M3 management at all culinary stations.

Position Summary

Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

Key Duties

  • Implements & coordinates the culinary function.

  • Directs & trains cooks & utility workers.

  • Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards.

  • Manages catering & retail areas.

  • Customer & Client satisfaction.

  • Financial management to include food cost & labor management.

  • Manages food & physical safety programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
