Unit Description:
Sr. Director, Business Development-Client Retention. Responsible for all activities related to the development and execution of strategic plans for retention with the Corporate Division that include food and facilities. Develops and executes a strategic client retention plan that retains existing clients and grows Sodexo’s profitability from these clients which includes resale, and cross-selling sales opportunities. Assist, direct and train DM's and GM's in the Client For Life/Retention processes. Works in partnership with senior management to define priorities regarding account retention strategy. May conduct/support fresh eyes reviews. Directs, coordinates and executes annual client survey process. Geographic area of responsibility: Mid West States. Will be required to reside within area of responsibility.
Position Summary:
Responsible for all activities related to the development and execution of strategic plans for sales, retention and communication in the area of procurement and distribution services for non-managed clients. Develops and executes a strategic sales plan that secures clients fitting Client Procurement Services’ target client profile. Develops and executes a strategic client retention plan that retains existing clients and grows Sodexo's profitability from these clients. Initiates and maintains new client programs until an operations team is in place.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - At least 2 years sales or industry-related work experience
