Are you the one? We select Environmental Services GMs with proven success in driving client engagement and increasing customer & employee satisfaction. We look for solid knowledge of Environmental Services & Custodial operations, budgets, surveys and inspections; previous participation in Regulatory Compliance is a plus!

You must be able to relocate within your Home State, Home State Region (surrounding States), or any additional states for this opportunity. You will also travel extensively during this Training Program - 6 months+ is possible.

Position Summary

Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 4 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
