Sodexo's HealthCare Segment is in search of a qualified District Manager 2 to manage and grow their Multiservice Services accounts covering client locations in the Maryland area. The services will include Food and Nutrition and Environmental Services. Ideal candidate will have direct working knowledge of hospitals, Sodexo financial and operating systems that drive resultes and have a proven track record of effective team development and client negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for $30 million in managed volume and oversee 10-15 accounts. Preferred candidate to have 5-10 years background in Support Services Management.
Successful candidate will work closely with client managers, supported by dedicated Sodexo finance manager, project managers and HR Director. You will interface with hospital clients as well as Division President, CFO and supply chain representative. Position will require strong organizational skills, creative problem solving acumen and solid operations management background.You will have strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful financial acumen. Previous multi site responsibility and sales exposure is desired as well. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geography through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training and development. Works with clients and RVP in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the assigned accounts in conjunction with the account GM.
