Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for TCU located in Fort Worth, TX.

In this role you will have direct oversight of all retail operations and events located within those areas. Total managed volume of $4 million. The Retail Operations Manager will report to the General Manger. 4 unit managers will report directly to the Retail Operations Manager. Services are provided to a high level client with high expectations. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of increasing all retail performance metrics such as participation, revenue, check average and satisfaction. A proficiency with Kronos payroll systems, Micros POS and basic level graphic design are preferred. A passion for customer focused service and continual program improvement are essential to the success of the position. The ROM will have full financial responsibility for all retail units.

Position Summary

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly and supervisory food service workers, as well as other managers.

Key Duties

-Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.

-Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.

-Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.

-Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.

-Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.

-Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
