Unit Description

Sodexo is hiring a Concessions General Manager to operate a rapidly growing, prestigious unit at an account in Fort Worth, TX. This manager will oversee concessions, club, suites, and catering.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous upper level management in a university or Sports and Leisure setting;

  • Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;

  • Have experience in starting up new accounts and/or have been through remodel/reconstruction of accounts – knowledge of ordering equipment and necessary hardgoods and hiring/staffing/scheduling for start-ups a plus.

  • Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations;

  • Be a multi-tasker, organized, innovative and an effective leader who can motivate their staff.

This is a key leadership position and the ability to demonstrate proven financial success, progressive career movement and excellent client references is highly desirable.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
