Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Director, Culinary Services to join our team in the greater Dallas, TX area. This Director will have the responsibility over the development and implementation for all culinary programs across their geographic region. The Director, Culinary needs to have an extensive background in culinary programs, food systems, and managing a virtual team. This regional position has a variety of business with some very large complex locations.

The Director, Culinary Services will be an exceptional leader with strong people, organization, and planning skills and experience managing a diverse team within a matrix structure. Extensive

domestic travel is expected primarily in the south and southeast US.

Position Summary

Creates, plans, tests and provides recommendations on marketing activities developed for the Divisions. Develops project plans and maintains budgets project implementations. Determines project needs, instructional approaches, delivery medium and required resources. Interacts with outside partners and vendors to coordinate culinary activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in operations, marketing, or a related field.
