 Report damage, vandalism and thefts.

 Responsible for the proper care and upkeep of all equipment used in the course of completing assigned tasks including tools, machinery, materials and vehicles.

 Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction in a courteous manner with teammates, students, professors, visitors, campus and other Sodexo associates.

report to the Operation Manager. 

This is a very hands-on position. Position will be responsible for daily inpatient operations. Will primarily work with inpatient housekeepers toassure Engage tools are being utilized, quality of work is being performed and patient units expectations are being met. In addition, will handle Payroll (kronos) editing, participate in staff orientation and training as needed. Have an understanding of and perform Gold Check requirements as related to inspections, patient interviews and key user rounds. Participation in client employee group committees is required. Employee engagement strengths a plus.

We are seeking an Area General Manager to support our business dining operations in Colorado. This is a top in-unit leadership position for a system of corporate dining operations in CO. The GM will be the single point of contact for client liaison to drive and support the expectations of Sodexo Business and Industry Division while supporting our mission and values. This position will support system/multi-site business with core services consisting in Retail Cafe, Catering and Executive Dining Services. Extensive knowledge and experience in culinary and catering including delivery, shipment/ transportation is helpful. The ideal candidatewill be wellversed in culinary functions, food and labor cost control, food safety and sanitation; technicallycompetent in unit financial management, pricing, menu development and training of both hourly and management,proven track record of client and patient satisfaction and record of increased catering and retail sales. Communication– Ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the client and Sodexo organizations.Time Management– Ability to juggle multiple priorities; multi-tasking / long/short range planning.Customer Focus– provide outstanding customer service to all customers and clients – both internal and external.Business Writing– Writing skills to convey complete thoughts and or complex information. This position is a travelling position and will support multiple locations throughoutColorado so flexibility and open to travel up to 50% is required in this position.
  
Position Summary:
Directs all contract management service operations at a single unit and provides additional resources to at least 2 other nonrelated accounts/units in the same geographic area. Assists DM with sales surveys, training of unit staff, and special projects. Supports and mentors GMs in respective area of responsibility. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.

Moves furniture, hang draperies, and sets-up tables and chairs. May change sheets and replenish linens. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Part Time Utility



Sets up stations with breads, condiments and utensils. Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables (sometimes using a conveyor food belt), and breaks down stations at the end of meal periods. Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment. Brews coffee and tea. Interacts with customers/patients when delivering trays. Assists customers with opening containers and cutting food. Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine. Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks. Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors. Remove trash and garbage to designated areas. Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room. Responsibilities

• Cooks, grills, and presents food with a culinary flare to be served to hospital patients and visitors.

• Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving soups, meat, fruit, vegetables, and desserts. 

• Operates a variety of kitchen equipment in order to prepare food for consumption. 

• Reads menus, estimates food requirements, checks production, and keeps records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment. 

• Cleans and maintains work stations and equipment. 



Knowledge and Skills:

• 2 years culinary cooking experience in hospital, nursing home, senior living center, hotel, family or fine dining restaurant.

• Knowledge of how to operate kitchen equipment.

• Excellent attendance record required.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to speak, read and write fluent English.



Work Requirements:

• Drug free with no criminal record

• Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, day and evening shifts at both Memorial Central and North locations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Requires the ability to carry or lift supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Services Manager 2 for the recently opened Saint Anthony Medical Campus – flagship site of Colorado’s largest hospital and health care network, Centura Health – located in the Denver, Colorado area. 

The Saint Anthony Medical Campus consists of two hospitals: Saint Anthony Hospital – a 222 bed, Level I Trauma Center, consisting of 8 floors and over 500,000 square feet – and Ortho Colorado Hospital – a 48 bed Hospital, consisting of 4 floors and over 100,000 square feet.

Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling hourly employees while maintaining customer, client, and employee engagement, as well as good public relations. This manager will provide direct and indirect oversight to approximately 20 Full-Time Equivalent employees (FTEs) and will report to an on-site Operations Manager.

We are currently seeking to fill a variety of shifts: Days, Split and Evenings.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, the ability to motivate hourly staff to achieve new goals, and a Team before I attitude. S/he will also have strong client/employee relationship-building skills, possess the ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations on the campus, handle multiple priorities, quickly grasp situations and logically progress through solutions, refine systems ensuring sustained effort of achieving standards, and a desire to follow through and maintain visibility within the facility.
