Role will manage 10-12 FTE's, develop and maintain employee work schedules, equipment service contracts, spare parts and material inventories required to maintain safe and efficient chiller and steam boiler plant operations. Must have knowledge and experience with engineering and efficiencies that relate to this type of large central plant operation. Ensure that preventive maintenance programs are in place and maintained and that new equipment is entered into the Insight system and tracked with PM schedule, and updates are made on existing or obsolete items.
