Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Support -ROSI Food Services Operations Manager. This position will be for a time period of up to one year. During this time the selected candidate will be eligible to post to other Sodexo positions. This position will be based at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago and may also support other accounts in the greater Chicago metro area. This position is for experienced food service professionals that can demonstrate they are prepared to lead a team of healthcare food production workers, retail servers, or patient food service workers to achieve excellent customer satisfaction in hospitals. Knowledge of Sodexo's Food Management Systems (FMS), Market Connections or similar programs, Expressly For You (EFY) patient meal service and experience implementing Sodexo retail programs is preferred. This position will require the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include some day, evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
